Betrayal & Disruption

Betrayal can disrupt our understanding of a relationship, another person, and sometimes ourselves. When trust is broken or something we believed to be true is suddenly called into question, the effects can extend far beyond the immediate event. Navigating betrayal and disruption involves making sense of what happened, reconsidering assumptions and relationships, and gradually finding a way forward when the familiar story of our lives has changed.
